At GNTREE, we strive to deliver only the best quality products to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for your orders.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The item is missing from your order.

⚠️ Note: Perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, and bakery products are not eligible for return unless they are received in a spoiled or damaged condition.


2. Return Process

  • Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery through our customer support team.

  • Provide your order details and a clear photo/video of the product (if damaged or wrong item).

  • Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for return.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or as store credit.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Fresh fruits & vegetables (unless spoiled/damaged on delivery).

  • Dairy & frozen items.

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items without original packaging or labels.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
