At GNTREE, we strive to deliver only the best quality products to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for your orders.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
You received the wrong product.
The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
The item is missing from your order.
⚠️ Note: Perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, and bakery products are not eligible for return unless they are received in a spoiled or damaged condition.
2. Return Process
Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery through our customer support team.
Provide your order details and a clear photo/video of the product (if damaged or wrong item).
Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for return.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or as store credit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Fresh fruits & vegetables (unless spoiled/damaged on delivery).
Dairy & frozen items.
Opened or used products.
Items without original packaging or labels.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
